Position: Asst Detailing Engineer (Civil)

Reports to: Detailing Engineer (Civil)

Bayezid Real Estate (pvt) Ltd is the trusted infrastructure Design and Construction firm, partnering with clients to solve the most complex challenges and build legacies for generations to come, is looking for a candidate who holds knowledge in Engineering Drafting (Civil/Architectural) and have minimum field supervision experience of building works for 2-5 years as a Junior Engineer/Project Engineer/Assistant Residential Engineer.

Main Responsibilities of the Job:

Responsibilities of Asst Detailing Engineer (Civil) staff include, but are not limited to:

1. Engineering Detailing using AutoCAD. (Skills In Revit is a Plus)
2. Ensuring the correctness of RL of formation level of footing including, thickness of cc casting, footing casting etc.
3. Ensuring the correct placement of reinforcement as per structural design including bar dia, spacing, clear cover etc.
4. Ensuring the correct placement of formwork including the support for it.
5. Ensuring correctness of measurement of all civil works.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

1. Minimum Diploma. in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution.
2. Minimum field supervision experience of building works for 2 years as an Assistant Engineer/Junior
3. Computer literacy in Microsoft office suit (MS Word, MS Excel and MS power Point) is a must.
